Our refund policy lasts 7 days on the All Access Super Value Pass and the Micro-Diploma program. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, simply open a support ticket and request a refund.
Several types of products are exempt from being refunded. Individual courses, monthly all-access passes.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
To complete your return, we require you to submit a support ticket.
Once your support ticket is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.
If you wish to exchange an individual course for an All-Access pass or Plus Pass. You may exchange your particular course and receive a $45 credit per active course towards the cost of the All Access or Plus Pass. This exchange must be completed within 10 days of registering for the course. If 10 days have passed since your purchase we will be unable to complete the exchange.
Open a Support Ticket to initiate the exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and you were given access to our platform, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your all-access or Super Value Pass. The credit can be applied to any future course or program offered by LGS Online Academy.
